Rx and PD request (Intercom legacy macro 3)

Source: Coda KB p70, Intercom macros library — original numbered #3. When to use: Your Rx order is missing the prescription or the PD measurement.

Hi {customer_first_name},

Thanks for placing your order. To complete your prescription lenses, we still need:

{☐ Your prescription (Rx) — image or text is fine}
{☐ Your PD (pupillary distance) — usually a number between 60 and 70}

You can reply to this email with the info, or text it to us if that's easier.

If you don't know your PD: your eye doctor will have it on file (a quick call usually works), or you can measure it with the free PD Measure app in your phone's app store. We need the PD to make sure your lenses align correctly with your pupils — incorrect PD is the #1 cause of "blurry" lenses.

Once we have everything, your lenses ship within ~10 business days.
