International wholesale

For distributor / wholesale inquiries from outside the US: route directly to Joaquin Abondano (jabondano@lucyd.co). He handles international wholesale relationships personally.

B2B safety / Armor industrial

For workplace safety eyewear (ANSI Z87+ industrial deployments, large-fleet safety glasses procurement): direct the caller to armor-b2b-safety.pages.dev — Lucyd’s B2B Safety landing page, which has its own lead form.

The standard Armor product line is NOT Z87+ rated — make this distinction clear if the caller mentions safety compliance.

After the call

  • Document the call in Gorgias even if there’s no Shopify order (use the wholesale tag).
  • Forward the caller’s details to the right contact via email (don’t rely on a voicemail or hot transfer — paper trail matters for sales).
