How returns, refunds, and warranty work for Lucyd orders placed on Walmart Marketplace.

If your Lucyd glasses came from Walmart, here’s everything you need to know.

Returns and refunds

Walmart holds your payment — not Lucyd. So refunds are processed by Walmart, not by us.

Inside Walmart’s return window:

1. Sign in to Walmart.com → Your Account → Purchase History.
2. Find your Lucyd order and select Start a Return.
3. Follow Walmart’s instructions to print a return label and ship the item back.
4. Walmart issues the refund once they receive the item.

Outside Walmart’s return window: Walmart won’t process a return, but Lucyd’s 1-year warranty still covers manufacturing defects. Contact us directly.

Warranty replacement (manufacturing defects)

Our 1-year warranty applies to every Lucyd unit, including ones bought on Walmart. If you have a defective unit:

1. Contact us with:
   • Your Walmart Purchase Order ID (typically 1-XXX-XXX-XXXXX or 13-digit numeric)
   • Screenshot of the original order receipt
   • A short video showing the defect
   • Your full name, shipping address, phone number
2. We review and, if eligible, ship a replacement direct from our Miami warehouse.

What’s NOT covered

• User damage — drops, water damage, sat-on frames. We can offer a 50% discount on a replacement or, if you’re within 30 days of purchase, Lucyd Pro Insurance for $99 (covers user damage + extends warranty to 24 months).
• Refunds from Lucyd — refunds for Walmart purchases come from Walmart, not us.
