Shipping timelines
When your Lucyd order ships and when to expect it.
Order types

Single-vision prescriptions typically ship in about 5 days. Progressives and Transitions typically take the full 10. Complex prescriptions occasionally take longer — we’ll let you know if so.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder — and if it’s still missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend.
What if my order seems delayed?
- Stock order older than 3 business days: Contact us — we’ll investigate.
- Custom order older than 10 business days: Contact us. Sometimes a missing prescription or PD is holding the order at the lab.
- Shipped but no tracking movement after 7 days: Contact us. We’ll work with the carrier.
Missing shipment
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it: postal services sometimes mark items as delivered up to a couple of days early. Please allow 3 additional business days, then contact us.
If your tracking shows not delivered more than 21 days from shipment, contact us. At that point we’ll investigate with the carrier and prepare a replacement if necessary.
