Common questions
Can I order Lucyd Lyte with a prescription?
Yes. Most Lyte frames support SPH -3 to +8 with single vision, progressive, bifocal, or reader prescriptions. Add your Rx at checkout. Custom lenses ship in up to 10 business days from our ITFIT lab.
Do they look like regular glasses?
Yes. That’s the design goal — no camera, no visible electronics, no chunky temples. The audio components are integrated into the arms.
Battery life — what’s “active use”?
Active use = audio playing, calls happening, voice assistant working. Standby time is much longer; we estimate ~12 hours of active use, which is enough to take you from morning commute through evening gym on a single charge.
Can I take calls in noisy environments?
Yes. The dual noise-reducing mics work well in commute, gym, and office environments. They activate only when you’re on a call or have invoked your voice assistant — they’re not always-on.
Will they work with my voice assistant?
Yes — Lucyd is AI-agnostic. Siri, Google Assistant, ChatGPT, Lucyd AI, or anything else with a phone integration all work. No lock-in.
What’s the warranty?
1 year manufacturing-defect, free. Extend to 24 months and add user-damage coverage with Lucyd Pro Insurance for $99.
