Lucyd Pro Insurance is our extended-protection plan. It doubles your warranty coverage and covers the everyday accidents that the standard warranty doesn’t.

$99 — one-time, added to your order at checkout or applied retroactively within 30 days of purchase.
How to add it
At checkout (lucyd.co) — there’s a Pro Insurance add-on option on the product or cart page.
Within 30 days of purchase — if you bought on lucyd.co or on a marketplace and want to add Pro after the fact, contact us and we’ll send you a payment link. Once it’s active, it covers your current case too.
What “covers user damage” means
If you drop your Armor and snap a temple, that’s typically not covered under the standard warranty — it’s accidental damage. With Lucyd Pro, it’s covered. Same for water damage, third-party breakage (kids, pets), and acts of God.
There are still limits:
- You’re allowed up to 2 warranty replacements per year under Pro. Beyond that we’ll work with you case-by-case.
- We don’t cover loss (lost or stolen units).
- We don’t cover intentional damage.
How to claim
Same process as standard warranty — contact us with your order number, a short video of the issue, and shipping details. We’ll process Pro claims with a priority flag.
